Hand over the whole ground of Long Thanh Airport project in the second quarter of 2021

According to the report of the provincial People's Committee has just sent to the XIV National Assembly Economic Committee on the progress of implementing the project of land acquisition, compensation and resettlement support for Long Thanh International Airport ( Long Thanh Airport), the entire project ground will be handed over in the second quarter of 2021. Long Thanh district is where most of the land is recovered. Particularly, the project of Long Thanh International Airport is 5 thousand hectares. Accordingly, within the area of 5,000 hectares to build the airport, the provincial People's Committee has now completed land acquisition and approved compensation for 13/18 organizations, with an area of more than 1,829 hectares / 5,000 ha, with the amount of compensation more than 927 billion VND. For the remaining 5 organizations, the Provincial People's Committee directs the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to complete the land acquisition, compensation and support in May 2020. For 1,810 hectares of land of households and individuals in the area of priority for site clearance, 630 hectares of 1,028 households and individuals have been identified, the rest is land of Dong Nai Rubber One Member Limited Company . The Provincial People's Committee has also completed the tally of 1,028 households and individuals, reaching 100%. The province has also issued land prices and approved compensation, support and resettlement plans to pay households completed in the second quarter of 2020. In the priority area for clearance, about 700 households and individuals must relocate and arrange resettlement, including 450 main households and 250 auxiliary households. Currently, the Provincial People's Committee has selected Zone 9 Division III and Zone 7 Division II of Loc An - Binh Son Resettlement Area to arrange resettlement for these households. The province is building infrastructure of these 2 resettlement areas to hand over to households in August 2020. For the remaining 3,190 ha, it is determined that there are 4,378 households and individuals using with a total area of 2,436 ha, the remaining is land of organizations, of which the land of the Dong Nai Rubber One Member Limited Company. Up to now, The province has completed the inventory of 654 households and individuals with an area of more than 480 ha. For the remaining area, it will continue to direct the tallying, determine the origin of land, complete the resettlement compensation work this year and hand over the whole ground in the second quarter of 2021. In the report, the provincial People's Committee also mentioned a number of difficulties, such as: measurement and tallying in the field due to the shape of the parcel of land between the paper-granting dossier and the current state of change; Some cases are not only land boundaries; Some land parcels have no owner information or a name but the address is not clear ...
